Also known as Green headed Coneflower, Tall Coneflower, Wild Goldenglow, Thibleweed, Sochan, Cutleaf Coneflower, it is a tall, long blooming, densely clumping, prolific flowering plant that is a pollinator favorite.

Cutleaf Coneflower is a very important especially Goldfinches, who feed on the seeds once the frost comes. 

They also host the larvae of Checkerspot butterflies and a variety of moths and other beneficial insects. Caterpillars in turn equal food for baby birds, making a mass of coneflowers a very productive habitat.
