Organic Mistletoe Cactus (Rhipsalis Teres Forma Capilliformis) – 3 unrooted cuttings

There are two easy ways to root your cuttings. 

You can put the cuttings in water until they develop roots and then pot them up in a well draining soil cactus mix or an orchid mix or a combination.  You want something that will hold some moisture but drains well. I  have also used an organic potting soil that has extra fiber so it doesn't compact around the roots.

Or you can put them directly into soil and keep them slightly moist.

Once roots are established do not overwater, in fact you can let the soil dry out a little between waterings. 

Rhipsalis likes a medium to high humidity level.  It does well in a kitchen or bathroom, or you sit your plant on a saucer with pebbles and water to keep the humidity higher around the plant.
